I’ve decided that I am going to write about what I love most….Entertainment News of course! So if you haven’t been keeping up with what is happening in Hollywood, allow me to catch you up to speed.
Justin Bieber has come back from the dead. For the last 2 years, he has been running around the world acting as wild as possible. He’s been peeing in mop buckets, throwing wild parties, and lets not forget his infamous DUI photo that rocked the world. Bieber was recently on The Ellen Show saying that he is ready to “show the real me.” I’m not trying to be THAT guy, but I can smell a PR stunt a mile away and it sounds like The Biebs is trying to resurrect his public image so his next album does well.
Onto other things, Suge Knight is in hot water again. Back in August, Knight was shot six times and has been recovering ever since. He recently showed up to the set of Ice Cube’s latest film in Compton and caused quite a stir. Knight got into a fight with two other men and backed his car into an onlooker (apparently one of Knight’s friends), who later died from his injuries. According to his attorney, Knight is expected to surrender in a couple of hours.
Katy Perry is rehearsing for her big Super Bowl Halftime Show performance this Sunday and has already revealed Lenny Kravitz as her first guest. I honestly cannot wait to see who she brings along as her second guest, but apparently it’s a female who is a legend and was big in the 2000’s (I would say Britney Spears, but she’s in Vegas on her residency). Perry also described her Super Bowl performance as “a 2 1/2 hour show in a 12 1/2 minute performance.” She also is saying there are a bunch of “never done before” stunts that are supposed to take place. I’m REALLY interested to see that because what tops Diana Ross exiting the stadium via helicopter at the 1996 Super Bowl? Or the 2001 Aerosmith/*NSYNC/Britney Spears/Mary J. Blige performance? Yeah, nothing.
Lastly, Bruce Jenner is going a journey. The former “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star is reportedly doing a docu-series with the E! Network capturing his “journey.” This docu-series will be focusing on Bruce and his transformation as he meets with doctors, interacts with his family, and finds himself. It has been speculated in the past that Jenner is going through a gender reassignment surgery and this show is going to be the focus of that, but only time will tell. It has also been reported that ex-wife Kris Jenner or any of the other Kardashians (Kim, Khloe, Kourtney…or the other two) will be apart of the series, but Bruce will remain the main focus of the show.
Alright I forgot how much I loved writing about celebrity news…..I might start doing this each week as my blog. I’ll think about it.
Until next time,
